Characters Involved: Calligenia, Revera
Setting: East Sleibte, Northern Wastes
Time: Current, Morning
Weather: Clear Skies, Calm
The cold didn't bother Calligenia, but the loneliness did.
It had been a long night for the newborn snow nymph. She was still trying to figure out how to survive on her own within the icy wastes, and it was quite a difficult experience for her. Fortunately, the diminutive nymph was very comfortable in cold weather and in addition, she needed neither clothes nor fire to keep warm or comfortable. However, she had set up and maintained a fire throughout the night so that she could be seen by any passing travelers. The hard part had been finding food, a cave, and material for a bed. With no one to teach her how to do those things, Calligenia could only do the best that she could with those tasks.
Nevertheless, Calligenia had made it through the night without getting eaten or dying of thirst. That was an important victory, because she had proved to herself that she could survive alone. However, she was still hoping to find someone to help her. In essence, she would have more difficulty surviving loneliness than she would have surviving the bitter cold.
Calligenia stretched her arms outward as she emerged from the cave to welcome to new day. The skies had cleared from the blizzard that had wracked the wastes during the night before. In short, there would be no better time for her to head out to find food and continue her journey towards the south. The sensation of soft snow between the toes of her tiny feet was a pleasant one to her, and it shifted her mood to a positive one to start the day. When she finished stretching, Calligenia proceeded to add more wood to her small fire. Then, she took a seat in front of the fire to begin preparing a small breakfast of fish and berries. Although she could live on a plant-eating diet just fine, she had found a lake teeming with fish. Before eating, she spoke a small prayer to Nialle in thanks for her survival and for the sacrifice of the fish. Calligenia didn't have the pride to believe that she had made it through the night through her own meager survival skills. There had to have been some form of divine intervention on her behalf, and for that, she was forever grateful.

Name: Calligenia
Gender: Woman
Sexuality: Pansexual
Species: Snow Nymph
Age: 3 Days
Appearance/Physiology:
Height
3’10”
Weight
110 Lbs.
Measurements
24E-21-41
As a newborn Snow Nymph, Calligenia possesses an ultra-feminine and nubile figure. Although she is extraordinarily short, her form is plump and curvaceous, as illustrated by her exceedingly rotund thighs, ample bosom, expansive hips, and prominent backside.
Like most Snow Nymphs, Calligenia has a pale and milky skin tone. Her ears are strikingly long and pointed, very much resembling those of an elf. She has a long mane of dazzlingly white hair which she tends to wear down. In addition, both of her eyes bear different colors. Her left eye has cyan sclera, light cyan irises, and deep cyan pupils. Her right eye has gray sclera, smoky white irises, and deep gray pupils. The preternatural colors of her eyes grants them an intense glow. Calligenia’s eyes are also very wide and doe-like in size. As such, her eyes are undoubtedly the most arresting feature of her colorful visage.
Calligenia has a heart-shaped facial profile. Plump cheeks and voluptuous magenta lips, add fullness to her well-defined features.
Personality:
Because she has very little in the way of life experiences, Calligenia's personality is still in its formative stages. She is somewhat passive and shy, but when a task is set before her she is unwavering in her dedication to it even if it is boring or undesirable work. Calligenia is also very sweet-natured, though she is audacious and possesses the necessary instincts for battle. In addition, Calligenia is also a highly sensual being by nature. The promise of love and community is one of her main motivators in searching for a home beyond the northern wastes...
Abilities:
Elemental Ice Affinity
Though completely untrained, Calligenia possesses a strong affinity with ice magic and a natural aversion to fire magic. This ability grants her a preternatural resistance to cold temperatures, but she is very weak in hot climates.
History:
Calligenia came to life completely alone, naked, and amidst a beautiful flurry of crystallized ice in the northern wastes of East Sleibte. Unfortunately, due to the isolated circumstances of her creation, Calligenia found herself with the name bestowed upon her by the nature spirits as her sole possession. In essence, she had no home, no family, and no community. Within an hour of her emergence into the world, Calligenia began to wander through her domain, searching aimlessly for a place to settle down and a community to connect with…
As of yet, she is very much unsuccessful.

Characters involved: Miara (Moons), Ève (ImmortalLady)
Setting: Southern shore of Odslig Lake
Time: Relatively early morning
Weather: Rainy
Miara was miserable.
She tightened her cloak around her as the rain pattered on, tapping steadily against the rocks. Kneeling and pulling out her gathering knife to cut moss from the rocks at the lakeshore and scrape off as much dirt as she could, she shivered and cursed the weather.
Her dress was going to need cleaning, her cloak would be worse than useless until it dried. It's just a little water, she tried to assure herself. For Nialle's sake, since when does a little water bother a water nymph?
Her being a water nymph aside, though, she was cold. Well, I can't exactly use the moss until it's dry, and I haven't got guests right now. Maybe once I'm done here I'll be able to nap until the rain stops.
The promise of rest after the chore was done was small comfort, but comfort nonetheless. She sighed, adjusted the cloak in vain hopes of finding a slightly less soaked spot to rest against her back, and finished scraping the piece of moss she'd cut. Laying it in the basket, she put away her knife and stood up, knees popping with the movement. "Basket's halfway full," she mused to no one in particular. "Won't be too long now before I'm out of the rain."

Character's Name: Miara
Nicknames: Mia
Age: 121
Gender: Female
Species: Water nymph
Abilities: Not as strong as your average water nymph, and sometimes gets flack for that, but definitely knows her way around high magic. She's a gifted healer, and while she's shy, she's got a calming presence.
Appearance: ![[Image: FourMoonsWatching.png]](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/304108711021117450/581175764716748831/FourMoonsWatching.png)
Personality: Gentle and quiet, Miara is a friendly face to travelers near Odslig Lake. She lives by her waterfall, which she calls the Starfall for reasons best known to her, a bit to the west of Sirithell. She's a devout worshiper of Nialle. Her little home, carved from the rock by wind and water and sheltered behind the Starfall, is open to any weary traveler seeking a place to rest, but she's the only long-term inhabitant and has grown a bit lonely over the years. The closest thing she has to friends are the mermaids in the lake, whom she chats with when she's foraging at the shores.
Roleplay Sample:
Miara climbed the path to the Starfall with practiced ease, one hand on the railing she'd built from bits of wood and the other holding a basket of berries. She stepped through the gap between the rock and the falls, enjoying the mist spraying onto her hair.
Her three houseguests were sleeping soundly, and she took a moment to give them a fond smile. Noticing that one of the empty pallets was starting to wither, she made a mental note to collect more moss the next day, setting the basket down on its shelf. Moss-gathering would bring her down to the lake, she realized, and smiled at the thought of seeing the mermaids again.
For now, though, she was exhausted. She stepped through the curtain she'd hung to shelter her own little corner of the cave. Not much was back here, just her bedding and a little shrine to Nialle.
Miara stood for a moment before the shrine, giving thanks for her waterfall as she did every evening. Then all that was left to do was to step out of her sandals, change into a shift, blow out the lantern, and lay down...
The fur of Miara's blanket was soft, and the frame was piled high with moss and feathers. She couldn't possibly have been more comfortable.
Still, she was lonely, and that made it hard to sleep.

Name: Jarnel
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Species: Human (Wildblood)
Abilities: Extremely proficient in earth magic, with a few rudimentary water spells to augment it. Both come very much in handy in his sculpting, allowing him to create beautiful works of art in all sorts of shapes, practical or purely decorative. Can also pack quite a punch when it comes down to fighting.
Appearance: Six and a half feet tall, with an unruly mop of mud-brown hair. His skin is dark, and seems almost stretched over his stocky, sturdy frame. He tends to dress in rough, simple clothing, and constantly has mud under his nails.
Personality: A very rough, quiet man, with a tendency to speak in short, simple sentences during normal conversation. Has quite the soft spot for animals and children, though, and will gladly open up when playing with them or talking about his work. Also, notably, one of the few Wildblood to manage living in a bigger community.

Personality:
Jovial - A happy creature. She seems to always be in a cheery mood. The first one to uplift those sulking in her presence, encouraging them to remain optimistic, happy within her presence.
Secretive - Yet beneath the surface, she is not one to tell of her background. Conservative, she prefers to speak very little of herself and her origin. When spoken, she smoothly leads the conversation away or deflect altogether. No one truly knows but a touch of remorse enters her gaze whenever a sensitive topic is touched upon.
Confident - Positively beaming with self esteem. Each part of her is handled with the upmost care, from her appearance to her posture. She carries herself with such, oozing, seemingly becoming a good role model in the process.
History:
She keeps as little of her history unknown. Simply she prefers to travel as of this moment, prefering the colder climates as places of rest.

Name: Jun
Nickname: None
Age: 202
Gender: Male
Species:
Eastern Dragon
Appearance: Above as shown. Prefers the 2nd chibi attire.
Abilities:
Water Magic
Earth Magic - This magic is very faint, a recently learnt magic for the dragon. The blossoms blooming on his antlers are a result of his practice, a subtle yet pleasant whiffing from him, known to soothe others. At the least, he had shown he infuse small withering plants with magics to allow them another chance of survival but not much before he is drained himself.
Personality:
Sociable - Always one to listen, the first one to interact when at a stalemate of first introductions. A kindly approach always make a great impression and he is the first to desire that.
Reserved - Despite this, his social interactions are quite limited. He is stellar on one on one greetings. When more become a part of the group, he begans to shut himself away, shy, afraid of making an embarrassment of him with more people present. A gentle coax would be a good approach.
Nervous
History: A young dragon finally on his own after years of sheltered seclusions. Yet he has not an inkling on what to do nor how this massive world will treat him. Eager but nervous, he sets out to learn more and grow for the trials ahead.

Characters involved: James
Setting: East Sleibte, crossroads town somewhere between Ecuru and Nuru
Time: Current, early morning
Weather: Cool, thin fog
Quest Name: "You want what from where?"
Quest Reward: 800gp + ???
Times Quest Has Been Done: 0/1
The morning air was still cool with dew and a light blanket of fog as townspeople began to emerge from their houses and get to work for the day. The local bulletin board was largely ignored, as everyone had their own lives to worry about, with no time for the ridiculous, inconvenient, or even dangerous favors their neighbors couldn’t handle themselves.
Fortunately for those with requests, a young, scruffy man had just strolled into town looking for something ridiculous, inconvenient, or even dangerous to do. This traveler, who could not be much folder than adolescence, had a scrappy air about him, with eagerness in his bright blue eyes. While he mostly looked human, he had pointed ears that were not quite like an elf’s, and part of what made him seem fiery may have been the fact that he radiated heat like a
James was on the lookout for adventure, treasure, or even just something interesting. So, when he saw the lonely quest board with its scrawled pleads for assistance, he was immediately drawn in. Could there be monsters to slay? Bandits to drive off? Shiny rewards to be had?
...or just errands to run? The young man visibly drooped as he read through the various requests. Were townspeople really so boring that the only troubles they had were deliveries and herbs? None of these posts even required going very far away.
James was just about to give up and move on when he heard footsteps hurrying toward him.
“You there!” cried an odd looking woman who appeared to be wearing goggles over her glasses. She was carrying several books and scrolls, with even more tucked away in a bag. “You look like you’re looking for something to do!”
“Um, do you need something?” James replied. It looked like he was going to be roped into a boring favor after all.
“I’m a researcher,” began the woman. “And right now, I’m looking into a mythical dragon living under Lake Vrocheros. I need some supplies for my research, but obviously, I’m very busy, so I need someone else to get these things.”
“Dragon?” Now James was interested. A dragon living under a lake? That sounded weird, but cool. He had never heard of anything like it, though, to be fair, he hadn’t heard of very many things yet.
“Yes, a dragon, pay attention.” The woman somehow managed to shift her books to one arm long enough to pull out some sheets of parchment that she then thrust into James’ hands. “This is what I need. I marked everything on the map. I have a shipment of nixie essence waiting for me in Ecuru. Just show the confirmation letter to the people at the dock marked and they should give it to you. Then, and just hear me out, I need burnweed from the volcanoes up near the Eye of Jackroth. A lot of it. I know it sounds-“
“Is that it? Sounds easy, but I guess it could be fun. I’ve never been to Ecuru.”
The woman looked at James like he had just told her that fighting a frost cat blindfolded with your arms tied was easy. “Um, alright... well, I wrote down how much burnweed I need and how to harvest it so you don’t ruin the combusting bits. And if you make it back I’ll pay you plenty for your trouble!”
James thumbed through the pages he had been given. Ecuru for nixie essence, then the mountains for burnweed. Sounded simple enough- maybe not terribly exciting, but at least he would get to see a new place. And he was pretty sure he knew exactly where to find enough burnweed.
Maybe he’d meet some interesting company along the way?
