Abilities:

Shape Shifting: Like any Kelahati, Akeme has the natural ability to be able to shift between a bipedal(human) form and one of a small deer.

Wild Magic: A gift that many Kelahati probably have, she is able to communicate with the wildlife around her; though she has more of an affinity with deer than any other species in the world. Along with this reading the land is quite something she is well versed in as well. Knowing where to grow the best and most valuable crops depending on the soil and the like. She even grows food for herself as well, as most of her diet consists of plants; like fruits and vegetables. 

Personality:

Akeme has a very calm and collected type of personality, the kind of woman someone could sit with and talk with for hours. Her demeanor is soft, gentle, caring; hands that portray such an innocent trust when they touch another being. Her voice is soft, always ready to speak kindly and nicely towards others; even if they themselves are not so. She doesn't believe being rude to others who are so is the right thing to do, but to treat them as kindly as she herself would enjoy being treated. Someone could be yelling at her and she'd still have the most kindness smile upon her face. No one needs to be treated horribly, even if they are the ones being rude themselves.

The young woman is very modest in her ways, always making sure to be covered up as to not show much skin; which is surly a personal preference to herself. She is very nervous about others seeing her naked, and believes it is something left for the love of her life; whoever that may end up being. 

History: 

Akeme was abandoned by her parents when she was just a small infant, leaving the child on the doorsteps of a shrine. It could have been assumed they could not care for their own child, or maybe even they were the product of an affair; and their parent ashamed of what that had come from such a thing. The cartaker of the shrine had heard the small cries from the infant and went to go investigate, only to find the small child bundled up upon the very steps. Though confused, he had taken the baby in and from then on raised her. She had grown up knowing the kindness and loving side of the human race, rather than the hatred many of them had for other beings that were not human. Even for the ones that had human forms.

Her adoptive father was the kindness man she'd ever had the pleasure of being around, teaching her the ways of the world and everything she needed to know. He was a much older man when she was taken in by him, though that did not keep him from doing well by the small child. Akeme was taught to enjoy the world around here, for the good or bad. To take it with a grain of salt here and there but to never hold any ill-will towards other; especially based upon their species. Some act the way they are just based upon such a thing, some being neural, some being evil, and many being good. 

As the years passed by and she eventually became a young adult by Kelahati standards, her elderly father started to show signs of sickness. There wasn't really much she could do for him and eventually, months later, he succumbed to what had taken over his health an died. After a while of mourning, she packed up her things and left the area to go out on he own, making a little living for herself in a small house. She grows herbs and things to sell, though not from her home. Akeme enjoys the peace of nature, so she usually travels to local villages or cities to sell her things.
