The woman furrowed her brows curiously as soon as he apology was waved off, though she knew it was something that happened to her naturally; it was odd for someone to just wave of an apology like that. She'd come use to apologizing for it if she ever DID need to talk to someone. So in a way it was some sort of habit for her to do so. "Heh, you are right about that, but I still do like to apologize though... I- I feel it less offensive to whoever I talk to to know that I am," white teeth bit down onto her bottom lip now; book pressed anxiously against her chin while golden eyes gazed upon him carefully.
Aziza was pretty interested in how he spoke. There was no doubt in her mind he was a man of great intelligence and wisdom; something that her own species was well known for. "Oh really? I know there are being that use magic to shift and other who are able to do so naturally after some point when older," she perked up slightly, "g-guess? Oh well, I suppose I could try to do so, but I can't really expect myself to know right off that bat by looking at you. You're far too human looking in appearance to actually tell visually. Good thing for that shifting gene, huh?
Her eyes looked him over more, trying to see any details in his appearance that would give a hint at him; but nothing seemed to come to mind. Instead she focused on more than just that, his aura was interesting to say the least; so familiar as well. Like a creature she'd probably seen before, but it was hard to pinpoint exactly what it might have been. The intelligence he seemed to excuse was similar to her, not to mention the lovely way he turned pages with just the movement of his eyes. "I can't go by your looks, but you're intelligence and the way you flip the pages of your books is interesting to say the least," she perked her lips in thought, "I myself can do such a thing as you, by just moving things with the power of my mind. If I had to make the best guess, based on what I can tell right now about your being; other than looks that is. I might have to say... a Sphinx? Silly sounding.. I know."
