Character's Name:
Faust
Age:
63
Gender:
Female
Species:
Fairy/Kelahati, Elemental Grandparent
Abilities:
Strong lightning magic(from Elemental and Fairy), but has difficulty controlling it (Kelhati)
Dabbles in many other fields of magic.
Has a fairly durable exoskeleton and can produce and shoot the same chemical compound out of a small hole where an Adams apple would be on a male.
Can Fly with wings.
Can't shape shift like fairies or Kelahati or Elemental.
Appearance:
Faust has a relatively human over all shape, with some areas being covered by an deep red exoskeleton while others are bright, neon yellow, skin. These are seemingly randomly placed. She still poses an endoskeleton as well as four small insect legs that protrude from her sides, below her arms. She possesses short, patchy hair, as if her body couldn't decide whether or not it should have any at all. Here wings, a deep royal burple, shimmer like butterfly wings in defiance of her beetle genetics.
Upon her face is a pair of mismatched eyes. One black compound eye sharply contrasting with one that has lightning crackling withing. On one side of her mouth is a single mandible.
Standing four foot seven, she appears mismatched and out of place most every where. Possessing no visible reproductive organs, she in fact has an ovipostor that extends from where you would expect...
Personality:
Shy and suspicious unless discussing scientific discoveries.
Devotes herself to science.
Has an utter disregard for the morality of her experiments, although she becomes attached to her own creations.
History:
Born to her mother, the Kelahati, Faust never knew her father no know about her ancestry on that side of the family. As she grew up with her mother, she began to wonder how she came to be like this, how she was able to shoot boiling hot chemicals. The answers of "the gods will" or other 'superstitious' explanations never satisfied her and those of "Magic" only made her strive to gain a greater understanding of it all. As she grew, this only served to irritate her more, and eventually her mother decide it was best if she went and tried to find her own explanation to her questions. Knowing that other races might prosecute her, she gave Faust a concealing cloak, a few words of wisdom, a few days food, and a rumor of someone who was like minded before sending her on her way.
