"It's fine! I am sure we can eat something just as good if we look for it," she replied as she flicked her ear looking at him sadly. A small smile pulled at her lips as she tried to stay happy. It was partly due to how sad he was. She felt bad about the lack of food, yes, but seeing him so sad made her feel like she had done something to bring this out. Her eyes blinked slowly as she looked back to where the rabbit had disappeared before looking back at him.
The tip of her tail twitch as her mind wondered a bit. "What else do you think may be out? We might be able to find something else if we really try," she said as she shook out her fur. "What if we try to find something more slow? Something not so fast like a squirrel? They're slower right?"
