Stones And Shadows - PeridotPhaeron - 01-04-2018

Thread Status: Open
Players involved: PeridotPhaeron, KokoPuffs, Avarice
Characters involved: Zagan (KokoPuffs), Roshaun (PeridotPhaeron), Knyte (Avarice)
Time: Current, around 11:30 in the morning.
Weather: Fairly sunny, with only a few clouds in the sky.

It was a bright and sunny day in the Linosea Forest. A sense of peace permeated the words, a peace that was only enhanced by the gentle chirping of the birds in the trees. The wind gently rustled the leaves in the trees, and the general sense of serenity was one that almost seemed to take one to another realm. A calmer, better one. So, of course, this peace just had to be interrupted by a very annoyed elf. He had been walking for a while now, far more than he was used to. He was beginning to think he should have just taken a portal. But, no, it was important to do this the proper way, of course. He muttered angrily under his breath.

He glanced around, and sighed. He might as well rest up for a bit. The weight of the pack he carried reminded him that he wasn't exactly going to run out of supplies any time soon. He left the trail, a fairly well-beaten dirt path, and let the bundle fall against the trunk of one of the trees. He stretched a bit, leaning against another tree. Why had he agreed to this, anyways? ... Well, that one was fairly obvious. He shook his head, letting his thoughts start drift along the paths of memory.

The sense of peace was, rather interesting, especially for a demon at that; even with the sun shinning in the sky and the breeze brushing through the trees while shaking their leaves about gently. Sounds of their rusteling filling the forest, along with all the sounds of the birds as well. Their chirps, tweets, and whatever else kind of sound they made. Something he, a lovely demon named Zagan, was probably going to interupt a any moment actually. He'd been perched in the tree for some time, just taking in the noises of the forest; eyes watching the ground curiously to see if any travelers would pass by.

He was in the shape of an large, Philipine eagle, talons gripped tightly upon the branch of the tree he'd found himself on not long ago. Yet, it was a while before that elf had shown up of course. Zagan's mind wondered a little bit on why exactly they decided to rest up there against the tree, yet.. he didn't really care. Soon enough, the large preditorial bird took in a deep breath of air; only to let out a shreak that filled the air around and scared the neighboring birds.

Yeah, that was fun, but it was only just beginning. It wasn't much longer that he swooped down, his body changing form as it billowed with a thick, black mist around him. There, befor the elf, now stood a naked demon. Full on in the nude without a fucking care in the world. "Morning~" he said with a chuckle.

The sway of the branches, the soft carresses of the summer breeze... The scents of the forest, and the beauty in it all. These were peaceful luxuries rarely delivered to someone like Knyte. Who exactly was Knyte, why was he in a forest? Well to be frank he would often say "I'm no one you should concern yourself with..." Quite a charmer no? But There were reasons or this remark. He chooses to remain unknown to those that never knew him. With a face hidden by scarf and cowl, his body draped in a dark cloak, he does his best to remain a mystery. Knyte was on a small expedition, searching for animals to research, perhaps a large bird of prey. He yawned quite loudly, stretching every muscle in his body, including his spaded tail. One of the various marks of a... Well... Mayhaps not a bonafide Demon, but a Demon nonetheless.

Knyte stared about his surroundings, drinking in the serenity. His amethyst eyes carefully writing down the various details around him. Though this little moment of peace wouldn't last, because a rarer woodland sound was heard. A rarity within its bound unnaturalness within the forest. The startled squawking of birds, it would've been normal, like a predator hunting. But no predator makes that much noise, something had stirred within the forest that shouldn't have. Or at least should've been a lot quieter within its stirring. Knyte slowly made his way to the scene, pulling back his cowl as he neared the clearing. He kept to the shade, just a small distance away.in front of him was another demon, perhaps from the same house? That would be a long needed comfort, but then again, there was also the elf to acknowledge. The two seemed to be within an interesting encounter, especially since the demon was full on naked. Why that was, wasn't Knyte's concern, though now he had to refrain from actually looking at the demon. He wasn't a real fan of men being, how do you say? One with nature.

Roshaun was irritated, but not particularly scared by the call of... whatever bird that was. It was irritating, as he'd rather liked the birdsong, but nothing more. However, when he heard a strange voice say, "Morning." He opened his eyes, and the first thought that went through his head was, Demon. Now, being a civilized elf, he didn't let his prejudices get the better of him and immediately attempt to stab the demon with the assorted rocks lying around. Instead, he just prepared to brain him if he needed to. His second thought was, Naked demon. This was followed by another wave of irritation. "Good morning," he said. "Why are you naked?" Perhaps he shouldn't have been so blunt, but he had at least bothered to say good morning, and really, who walked around in the middle of the woods with no clothes on?

At the moment, he hadn't noticed the other person lurking in the shadows, but he probably would if they got much closer.

A wide grin played across the demon's face, teeth on full display while his blue eyes continued to gaze down at the other; his hands soon finding their way onto his hips. Why was he naked? The real question was why not? It was so much more comfortable than being clothes, constrained by fabric and the like. So of course he was naked, a lot of things were naked and he'd be damned if he wasn't one of those things. "Why? Because I enjoy it~" the grin on his face only grew more, "clothes are SO annoying to wear, being one with the entirety of nature is much easier when you can freely go about in the nude... wouldn't you say~"

Unlike the Elf, the Demon could sense the presence of another of his kind; of the same house as well, how fun was that? "Don't you know it's rude to spy on others?~" he chuckled lightly, "might as well come out you know~"

Knyte eyes widened causing him to give a small chuckle. "You must certainly be from the same house." He rose from behind the bush he was using, careful to put his cowl back over his head to hide his eyes. Without hesitation he walked into the clearing, his tail slinking out of his cloak and sweeping the forest floor. He stood a bit away from the demon, still not one to be near nude men but, tokk his place to stand against the side of the elf. He grinned a bit and spoke. "They say it's bad luck to be in the presence of two demons of the same house. Of course I wasn't here for any of you two..." he reached his arm deep into his cloak and held it there, as if grasping onto something. "Why are you in this forest? Certainly not for the same reason as me, and the Elf seems to be on a pilgrimage of sorts."

Knyte seemed to harden his focus specifically on the Elf, it wasn't too common to see an Elf with such a large bundle. Perhaps he was a merchant of sorts? though the odds of finding a wandering elven merchant were too slim. The other Demon however seemed even more strange. It certainly is rare, even mythical to see a nudist demon. That would probably take some explaining. The wind blew gently then causing some springy and loose material to sway gently, like branches, leaves, and Knyte's cloak, causing soft ripples to form.

Great. This was just great. Not one demon, but two. Go to the temple, they said. It's a great idea, they said. He shifted slightly so he could face both demons, but refused to step back. He also refused to look down. What was up with that one, anyways? "No, I wouldn't say that. After all, clothes come from plants and animals, so you'd be closer to nature if you wore them all the time." Roshaun turned his attention - or, well, part of it, as he wasn't about to ignore either of them - to the other demon. The one who wasn't running around naked, thank the gods. "They say a lot of things. A lot of those things can be ignored, especially when talking about luck." He wasn't about to answer the implied question, nor was he going to ask what the second demon was doing here.

As the wind picked up, he noticed that the wind was picking up. Now that was interesting. Did one of them know wind magic?

The grey demon's eyes slowly panned over to the other, who seemed to have been hiding behind a bush the whole time; a light chuckle erupting from his lungs at the sight. How interesting could that have been? He certainly was a demon of the same house, though call that just instinct really. Demons, no matter the house, came in all sorts of shapes and sizes; so who knew if one could be from the same house or not. In some way though, he could tell with this other. "Why am I here?" she rolled his words playfully off his tongue, "no particular reason really, yet.. I could ask the same of you of course. What brings YOU here?~" His voice echoed through the forest like a soft purr on the wind, eyes never once leaving the form of the other demon; at least, until the Eld seemed to speak up.

"Aww that's a boring way of putting it, as clothes are just dead plants... who wants to wear dead plants~" his voice purred again, tail flicking back and forth, "ah... just feel that breeze~" The wind had seemed to pick up a bit, tossing the branches and leaves of the trees around. Blowing the grass and plants from side to side, the sound of rustling nature around them. It wasn't the only thing that decided to swing the the breeze though, for behold, a demon's dick decided to do that same. That poor Elf though, he had a front row seat to see such a glorious display.

Knyte quickly looked away from the demon as the wind began to play with the... environment. 'I... came to the forest looking for remains. I'm... doing my own studies and the forest would be the best place to find perfect specimens." He cleared his throat with a polite tone. "Could you at least make it less obvious about your personal preference? not may others wish to see another's manhood." He turned away, keeping an eye on the Elf still wary of his company. This might've been his second elven encounter. Knyte began to casually let his arm drop to his side, with a small bag clutched in his hand.

There was a small tension, he'd preferred to not have a strife with the Elf but he did seem somewhat hostile. "I don't believe we've all been properly introduced. My name is Knyte, and who do I have the pleasures of meeting?"

RE: Stones And Shadows - PeridotPhaeron - 01-17-2018

"I want to wear dead plants," Roshaun said, still focussing on the second demon to avoid the first's... display.

"What kind of specimens?" he asked the one who seemed to at least have a sense of decency. He noticed him going for the bag, and decided that skipping a few, relatively small stones towards himself was a reasonable precaution. "And I'm Roshaun." He didn't say it was nice to meet the demon, because he did try to avoid lying, particularly when he had no chance of pulling it off, but he decided that if Knyte - if that really was his name, because that seemed just too obvious for a demon - didn't pull a dagger from the bag, he was definitely better than the first one.
